It’s time to shake off the long cold days of winter and enjoy the beauty of our region. Throw off the harshness of winter and embrace the renewal of not only the natural world but your inner spirit.
What have we learned about ourselves during this time? Standing at a pond and seeing the trees reflected across the water gives a sense of awe at our universe. We ponder our good fortunes, our sense of wonder as we see trees in bloom. And, we move forward with the hope that spring brings every year.
Here at the 1810 Juliand House, we are grateful for the guests that visited us over the past year. We are thankful for those that have respected our needs for safety and allowed us to pamper them with good food and a restful night’s sleep. We invite you, our potential guests, to spend a little time with us this spring. Take a little time to reflect on all that is good and enjoy the enchantingly beautiful upstate New York.
We invite you to “Stay Safe and Stay Small” Why not a mid-week stay? Rates for a Sunday night – Thursday night stays are just $119.00 per night, any room. AND a full, made-to-order country breakfast is included! This special is the best deal in the area.
Looking to take in the Scenery on a bike? There are 12 trails available for use. NY Parks and Trails has certified The 1810 Juliand House a bike-friendly establishment. We can secure your bikes after a day traveling the local roads. Gentle hills, beautiful vistas, and interesting small towns make for a wonderful ride. There is much to see and do in the area. Immerse yourself in the culture of our region. Then return for a comfortable night's sleep and refreshing breakfast.
Greene is centrally located to take in all the unique events in the region. Binghamton and Norwich are each a half-hour drive from the B&B. There are many things to do within an hour’s drive of the inn.
"Thank you for another great stay this past weekend - everything from the beautiful room, the amazing breakfast & conversations along with the overall hospitality was simply perfect and we look forward to the next time!"
